About Billy
Billy is a lifelong Fairfax City resident and is a 2021 graduate of Fairfax High School. In his senior year, Billy served on the city’s Environmental Sustainability Committee as the high school liaison. He was then elected to the Fairfax City Council in 2022.
Billy has served as a volunteer leader with the Elizabeth Warren presidential campaign and the 2020 Virginia coordinated campaign. Billy has interned with OneVirginia2021, the campaign and district office of state Delegate Alfonso Lopez, and the campaign of Congressman Gerry Connolly. He is also involved with Fairfax City Citizens for Smarter Growth.
Billy graduated from George Mason University with the class of '24 as a physics major, served as a research intern with the Georgia Tech Research Institute from May 28th to August 3rd 2024, and has completed coursework toward a master's, which he is enrolled in for the fall 2024 semester. Billy lives in the Maple Hill neighborhood near Old Town Fairfax.
